I want to know Christ and the power of His resurrection
and share in the fellowship of His suffering
To be just like Him and so somehow attain
the resurrection from the dead
I don't consider myself as yet taking a hold of it
but one thing I do, but one thing I do
Forgetting what's behind and striving on ahead,
I press on
I press on
Search me Oh God and no my very heart
Test me and know my anxious thoughts
If there be in any sin within me,
Then lead me in Your way everlasting
I want to live the life abundant joy and free
a living letter for all to see
To glorify the One who gave His life for me
That I might walk just as He walked
